Head north west from Crawley you will find the Surrey village of Charlwood which is close to Gatwick and the M23.

In Rectory Lane you will find the charming Lowfield Heath Windmill which was originally built in the late 18 th century in Lowfield Heath but due to Gatwick expanding the whole structure was moved to its current location.
