We carry out residential structural surveys and commercial surveys in the Park Royal area. Park Royal is an industrialised area located on the fringes of North West London and West London. Here the London boroughs of Brent, Hammersmith and Fulham and Ealing converge.

Park Royal gets its name from some show grounds that were opened in 1903 as a permanent exhibition site; later, after the site was sold, the area was developed as it has good transport links by road, rail and water (the Grand Union Canal runs through the centre of the Park Royal industrial estate) and is now said to be the biggest industrial and business parks in London, along with also being home to large company premises.

Park Royal is one of the largest industrial estates in the country with more than 40,000 people working in the area, but Park Royal is not just a place for business, many people also live in the area, in fact it is one of the quickest growing living and business communities in London. 1st Associated would be pleased to provide you with a residential survey on a property in the Park Royal Area or a commercial building survey or Schedule of Condition on business premises such as a public house, industrial unit or office building in the Park Royal Area. We are Independent Chartered Surveyors who are members of RICS and we always give impartial help and advice in our surveys.

Our surveys contain an Executive Summary, which has a sections entitled 'The Good', 'The Bad' and 'The Ugly' which helps you to 'see the wood for the trees', so to speak. We report not only on the 'bad' issues but we also consider the 'Good' points that the property has to offer and 'the Ugly' section draws your attention specifically to issues that need to be resolved before you purchase or lease the property. Call freephone 0800 298 5424 for impartial advice and to discuss your survey requirements.
