Condensation, Damp and Black Mould

Problems

Helping you find solutions

As surveyors we have seen all sorts of problems over the years of carrying out building surveys relating to condensation, dampness and black mould. Some problems have been relatively easy to solve and some problems very difficult often due to the original building construction. We have also represented people where legal cases have taken place about problems with property and also are well versed on whether the condensation, dampness and black mould is a lifestyle problem. We are more than happy to help you in any way we can.

We use many photos and sketches in our surveys

In all our survey reports we include our own unique sketches and photographs from a very powerful optical zoom camera to identify problem areas and to help to explain pictorially the issues which we as Independent Surveyors often find helps to highlight and explain property areas of concern.

We use many photos and sketches in our building surveys to help you understand the problems and get the best results for you such as being able to understand any problems that the property may have and therefore negotiate a better purchase price.

We also have our own unique set of survey sketches to make the property problem crystal clear. We literally have commissioned hundreds of our own survey sketches developed over many years depicting property issues.
