We are Chartered Surveyors who are generally considered to be the property experts, not just in the UK but worldwide. This is because of the rigorous training we go through, both in the classroom and in the workplace. We all enjoy the property market, we have seen good times and bad (and good times and bad times again, some of us several times).  We believe this is unique for Chartered Surveyors to share their experience in this way.

The chartered surveyors involved with this course have owned estate agents, have worked for and owned building companies, have worked for and consulted to lending institutes, have worked for and been consultants to investment companies and trusts.

We have also invested in the property market, both residential and commercial, sometimes successfully, sometimes not so successfully and sometimes disastrously! We hope we can help you learn from our mistakes and our successes.
