Viruses From past experiences, we recommend that for your own benefit, and everyone else's, you should install and use an up-to-date virus checker on your computer - hopefully saving us all from a computer melt down! (Its not much fun re installing all of your software and worrying if you have passed the virus on to friends, family and colleagues)   Back up Just in case the virus gets passed the virus checkers!, CD back ups should be made of all surveys weekly - the back ups should include all photos, all voice files and the first and second drafts, with a copy CD being sent monthly to Hoo View House at the same time as your invoice.   And finally we have been advised to say! the process and the surveys are all our copy right.
