All of the building surveys that we do
are booked in through our web enabled booking system. The basic
concept for us is to manage all of our surveys using this website.
Once we have taken all of your details over the phone we then create
a number of documents, some of which are for internal use and some
are sent to you, the customer.
Once the building survey has been completed
all the necessary images and other information is sent back to
the web site and ultimately to our secretarial staff to complete the
survey report. Once the building survey report is complete it is
then uploaded to a special area on the website. You will then
be emailed a code to enter to gain access to your report online.
All of the areas mentioned are password
protected to ensure only the correct people have access to the
information.

Questions about buying and selling property
to establish the level of knowledge they have on the subject.
Questions on risk and their attitude to
risk - i.e would you invest £50K in
the stock market/property/ holiday market!!(joke one)
Establish if
they are investing in property for the right reasons. Some people
want no risk i.e. our mums and dads. This could be due to time
of life, retiring or the way they have been brought up i.e. not
to have debts, only buy what you can afford.
Other people might be more prepared to
accept a degree of risk, for example, people who had negative equity
during the 1990's property crash (1930's to 1940's) think differently
to people who have always won on property markets (i.e. 60 years
old plus who bought a house for £200,000
which is now worth £500,000).
