SAVE TIME & MONEY with a Survey

Home Sweet Home is a place to feel secure and safe - your sanctuary.

Are You buying a new Home?

Have peace of mind with a building survey – know the costs of any problems before you buy and have the options and solutions explained clearly.

Why have a Building Survey?

Having a Building Survey is something we always recommend as it will save you time and money.

We really do genuinely mean this.  Why? - find out by reading on...

Having a building survey will give you peace of mind to ensure you don’t purchase a problem property. Why? Because our building experts will inspect the property from chimney top to foundations externally and internally and provide a survey report.  The survey will describe any property issues, give solutions and costs so you can use this to negotiate the asking price.

Great value for money Surveys

We truly believe that our Full Structural Surveys are great value for money particularly when compared against a Homebuyers Report or a Mortgage Valuation (which is not a survey at all). Our Structural Surveys, we believe, our the best building surveys money can buy as they:-

1

Hundreds of Survey Photos

Included in our survey reports are literally hundreds of high-resolution digital photos taken by our Building Surveyors when carrying out a full structural survey.  Included also are aerial view 360 photos too which are a great way of showing you hard to reach areas such as roofs and valley gutters and any associated problems.

3

Latest Survey Equipment

To ensure accurate readings and analysis of property issues all our Building Surveyors use the latest surveying equipment.  For example our Surveyors use thermal imaging cameras in their assessments as well as the latest damp resistance meters during their inspection of your property.
