Press Release

Hey, good looking!

The thrill of the hunt is on…The sun’s starting to hot up again and you’ve realised that perhaps you don’t want to stay in the same old house you’ve been in for the past ten years. You’ve decided that now’s the perfect time to move to somewhere newer, or that old cottage you’ve had your eye on for some time is up for sale…

It’s all well and good looking at the property from the roadside, but does it have what we call that “curb-side appeal” – it’s already sold itself to you from the outside, or perhaps you prefer the inside but it does nothing for you from outside.  But it’s always worth looking further than from inside or outside – no point falling in love with the property from outside if all the walls are ridden with damp inside! Nobody likes being an April Fool when it comes to buying a new place.

Try reading our E-book, The Good, Bad and Ugly, which explains what it says on the screen (regarding homes, that is)! For instance, in homes there are good cracks, bad ones and downright ugly ones that you will really need to do something about urgently if you don’t want your roof to cave in!

To help intrepid house-hunters, we also run courses on buying property, either as an investment or just to help if after something completely different. We think there’s an article in this and we’d love to write it or help.
