Clerkenwell
Clerkenwell is a place rich in history with a lovely village like feel.
Clerkenwell was in the 12 th century the home of a nunnery and priory.
The history of St John's Ambulance' can be found here housed in a local museum.
Sadlers Wells' is a world renowned dance venue in Clerkenwell which was set up in 1683 by a Richard Sadler' and offers contemporary, ballet, hip hop dance and more.
Due to its central location Clerkenwell is popular with city professionals and has some fantastic restaurants. Turnmills' and Fabric', two of the most happening nightclubs of now are also here in Clerkenwell.
Highbury
Highbury is the home of the famous Arsenal Football Club'.
Highbury Fields' is a fantastic green space in this busy area which is surrounded by beautiful Georgian and Victorian townhouses.
Highbury has a beautiful Victorian Clock Tower' which stands in Highbury Grove and was built in 1897.
Holloway
Holloway is a busy multicultural area in the London borough of Islington.
Holloway has a mixture of properties from council housing to large privately owned Victorian properties.
The UK's largest all female prison is here in Holloway. It was opened in 1852 as a mixed prison and became just female in 1902.
Tufnell Park
Tufnell Park was once well-known for its dairy farms which supplied the capital with milk and is now a lovely leafy area of London.
Tufnell Park is a very desirable place to live and is home to many professionals who work in film and television.
